Our installation is a simple, two-phase process that typically takes about 7 days. First, our local technicians run fiber to the outside of your home; you don't even need to be present for this. Next, we’ll visit at a scheduled time to bring the service inside and set up your mesh Wi-Fi system. You can watch a quick video explaining the process by clicking here.
Is my rate promotional? Are there any hidden taxes or fees?
No. We believe in simple, honest pricing—no "teaser" rates, no equipment fees, and no hidden taxes. The price you see is the price you pay. In fact, we’ve reduced our rates for existing customers over the years as our service has become more affordable to provide.
Do I have to buy my own routers? 
No. We provide a high-end mesh Wi-Fi system at no extra cost to ensure you have fast, reliable coverage throughout your home. There are never any monthly equipment rental fees. If you prefer to use your own router, you are more than welcome to do so.
Does Planet Networks offer cable TV or a streaming service?
